Her role as Nadine in the television series General Hospital was from 2007 until the year 2009. The most famous role she has played is that of Adalind Schade on the TV series Grimm that she is currently playing since. Coffee was also Cassie Tatum in The West Wing, in 2003. Coffee has been a regular part in the role of Janie in Franklin & Bash between the years of 2011 until 2012. The series' TV appearances are Yes, Dear, Cold Case, Strong Medicine, NCIS, Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Psych, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains, The Good Guys, CSI: Miami, Psych, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains and The Good Guys.
